A lover of rock-climbing, fitness, mobility, and the occasional crispy-kreme, Nick is PROFESSIONAL, STEADY, CONSISTENT, and mostly, KIND.

Our nature-loving, truth-seeking, little ray of sunshine! Lily RADIATES warmth + positivity & always brings the ENERGY, EXCITEMENT, and ENCOURAGEMENT. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her lifting alllllll the weights – training for Olympic Lifting, or at Inspire Chiropractic where she specializes in soft tissue work. Lily’s joyful spirit is welcoming and contagious – she makes everyone feel like they BELONG.

Christine truly loves the sport and methodology of CrossFit and encourages EVERYONE to view themselves as an ATHLETE. Whether you are training for life or for sport, Christine will help you look for ways to GROW, LEARN, and IMPROVE. Christine is KIND, CREATIVE, HELPFUL, and HARD WORKING; she is the HEART behind our gym, consistently challenging us all to truly become our best selves.

OWNER/COACH/SPORTS PERFORMANCE

A lover of muscles since he was young – at 15, Jared felt that God told him he would open a gym someday, AND HERE WE ARE. He may look like a VIKING WARRIOR, but he has a servant’s heart of GOLD & is the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back (although he’d probably prefer to not be wearing one anyway). Jared is known for his strength and for building strong athletes – he just has this way of pulling the things out of you that you never even knew was possible.
